Miss doll history.R3.doll

This is for round 3 of Miss Doll History. I am so much happier with this than with my last (pretty crappy) round entry, which was boring and ugly.

The theme was hobbies, we had to do our character doing a hobby of their time period. After doing quite a bit of research and consideration, I decided to make her play a lute. I was thinking reading, sewing, but then I thought that wouldnt be quite time-specific enough, those are things that a lot of people still do in their spare time, and playing the lute is more historical.

I'm really happy with how she turned out, especially the lute and the chair. The lute was referenced, the chair wasn't really.

Base is by historical dolls (closed) but the only thing that's actually remaining is the proportions and the torso. The head and arms/hands were completely redrawn.

C/c and comments appreciated, but the deadline's passed so c/c will probably not be implemented.
